"It kills me to leave one star because it's one too many. This is my mom's agent who cannot be bothered to speak to her after she has made several calls to him about her Claim. But he is able to keep sending her reminders to pay her monthly auto insurance. Which she can't afford because she has spent $4500+ in hotel costs since State Farm canceled her ALE booking agency and is forcing her to be reimbursed, though they have not reimbursed her. And has had to start a go fund me. The front desk lady only said "well, you'll lose your coverage if you don't pay." No empathy or effort to contact my mom's insurance. She can't pay her insurance because State Farm hasn't paid her back. It sucks waiting to be paid doesn't it? She does have till the end of September though. So maybe State Farm will pay her by then so she can pay that darn bill."

"I called and asked for an explanation why removing a full coverage vehicle and switching it to another vehicle jumped my price up 150 bucks a month for coverage on one less car, I was told "because it did" and that they "didn't have to explain it to me " when I asked how that makes sense. Then they hung up on me. I called back to ask who I was speaking to and they refused to give that information. Totally unprofessional. Literally their only job is to explain insurance to us. I can sign up and pay for it online. What is their job if they can't answer questions?? I was told multiple times that this price wouldn't be this high when I switched it. I tried to leave once and they called me, offering me a better price than what I got at progressive, only to raise it back up a couple months later. Don't waste you time on this backwards business."
